This is simply because IPS accounts are not really a pension insurance and are therefore not covered by the informational power of attorney you have given us. So it works a little in the same way that we don't have the right to ask for your current bank account status.
Please note! You should not confuse IPS with ISK (ISK = investment savings account). ISK is not by definition a pension savings and should not be included in Lifeplan at the present time.
However, we are well aware that IPS is an common part of the pension and have therefore incorporated functionality into the service to be able to add these accounts. To do this, simply click "Show more and edit" on the Lifeplan overview page under the list of your insurance policies.
At the top of the page, you’ll see the text: “If you have an IPS and you want the advice to include this asset, you can add it here” Please see the example image below.
When you click on “here,” the following page will appear:
Don’t forget to click “Add” before proceeding.
After that, feel free to generate new investment advice through the service so that the recommendations are based on your total pension capital.
Please also note that updated values will not be sent to Lifeplan. You are responsible for updating the value of your IPS yourself.
If you have any questions regarding IPS accounts, contact support@lifeplan.se or call 031-109870 on weekdays between 9-17.
