Lifeplan uses your pensionable salary for its calculations, so it does not exactly match the salary you normally see every month, but is slightly higher. The estimated pensionable salary that we use includes the holiday pay you are scheduled to receive, which corresponds to 12% of your earned salary during the year.
The salary information that we use for calculations is calculated as follows; pensionable monthly salary = monthly salary * 12.2 / 12
