You adjust your risk appetite by going to the front page of Lifeplan ("overview") and click on "Preferences" almost at the bottom of the page. There you have the option to change your risk appetite but also your intended retirement age.
Once you have saved your new risk appetite, you can immediately create a new advice by clicking on "Create new advice" at the bottom of the overview page that reflects the new risk appetite.
