How do I change my preferences?

If you are connected to Lifeplan through your employer, it is from there that Lifeplan receives your personal information. The information should thus be changed at your employer, and Lifeplan will receive the information after that.

If you are connected through a private subscription to Lifeplan, you can change your personal information while logged in via the menu at the top right of the page - click on "My information".

If, on the other hand, you want to change your preferences regarding risk appetite and retirement age, you do so while logged-in at Lifeplan via the page you reach when logging in. Scroll almost to the bottom of the page - there you will find the option to alter this under the heading "Preferences".
